Pam Straker is responsible for all human resource activities and management of employee benefits at The Columbus Foundation. She holds numerous memberships in HR associations, including Society of Human Resource Management; Human Resources Association of Central Ohio; and the HR Committee for Fiscal and Administrative Officers Group, a group working to establish and provide continuity among HR functions within community foundations.
