Senior Officer, Strategy & Organizational Learning
 
Sidney Hargro manages activities associated with the Foundation’s business strategy, organizational learning projects, and performance dashboard. In addition, he is a grant management officer and serves as the lead officer for the Central Benefits Health Care Foundation, Paul G. Duke Foundation, and the Siemer Family Foundation,

Sidney Hargro manages the Foundation’s knowledge management and organizational learning activities. In addition, he is a grant management officer and manager for the Foundation’s activities associated with the business strategy.
 
Sidney graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina A&T University with a degree in mechanical engineering. He received his master of science in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University and master of divinity from United Theological Seminary.
 
Active in his field, Sidney serves on the Organizational Learning Planning Committee of Grantmakers for Effective Organizations, and holds memberships in the Society of Organizational Learning, International Society for Performance Improvement, and International Association for Facilitators.
