Building and Testing Soil Workshop

• May 19, 2012   |   11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

A portion of the workshop will be devoted to reading your individual soil tests. We will determine the types and amounts of soil amendments to balance and enhance your soil. Growers will also be able to sign up for their own soil test.

Veteran garden educator Mike Hogan of The Ohio State University (OSU) Extension will discuss building soil and techniques to create a rich ground for growing food.
