Dwight Smith, Founder, Owner, and CEO of Sophisticated Systems, Inc. a multi-million dollar enterprise will share his experience as an entrepreneur and his insights on Leadership: The Resource to Prosperity.

Mr. Smith holds BS and MBA degrees in marketing and finance respectively from The Ohio State University (OSU). He is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Franklin University and has guest lectured at the Fisher College of Business at OSU. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors of CTL Engineering, Inc., State Auto Mutual Insurance Co., TechColumbus, Columbus Airport Authority, the Salvation Army, and The Columbus Foundation.
