The King Arts Complex Jazz on the Avenue series offers an intimate experience of feel and sound, reminiscent of a time through the 1920s into the 1960s when jazz clubs dotted the city’s near east side and spilled over onto “the Avenue”, named after Mt. Vernon Avenue. T
