Lisa R. Kraemer CASA Endowment
This fund is to ensure that children who have been abused or neglected have a voice in the juvenile court system through volunteer advocates.

Lisa's husband and children

In her life, Lisa Kraemer sought to be a voice for abused or neglected children. After graduating from Harvard University and the University of Cincinnati College of Law, she worked as an attorney specializing in Family Law. Lisa had a unique skill set: curiosity about others, intellect, and empathy, such that she never met a ‘stranger.’ As she crisscrossed the state of Ohio, she shared her expertise with children and families in need.

More than anything else. Lisa was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who valued the love of family and friends. Caring and selfless, Lisa was deeply invested in the joy of others. She was a vibrant and engaged member of the community.  In the courtroom, Lisa helped those experiencing family disruption safely navigate the judicial system.

This fund continues Lisa’s work, connecting family, community, and Ohio’s court system. It seeks to carry on her legacy by helping to make sure that children who have experienced abuse or neglect have a caring volunteer advocate to make sure their voice is heard in the court system.
