BATH & BODY WORKS ASSOCIATES FOR ASSOCIATES EMERGENCY FUND

 

Bath & Body Works is partnering with The Columbus Foundation and the Gifts of Kindness LLC to create The Bath & Body Works Associates For Associates Emergency Fund. The Associates For Associates Emergency Fund is an opportunity for associates to provide support to fellow associates through supplemental assistance in times of extreme financial hardship. 

 

Associates For Associates Emergency Fund is a Bath & Body Works community effort. Personal contributions are pivotal in providing support to fellow associates in times of extreme financial hardship. All donations made to the Associates For Associates Emergency Fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar by the Bath & Body Works Foundation and will be tax deductible.

Who is eligible for assistance?

 

Bath and Body Works associates are eligible to apply if they are an active team member (including on leave, short-term disability and paid time off.) Requested expenses must be the result of an event that has occurred after the team member’s legal enterprise hire date.

 

Bath & Body Works associates are eligible to apply and receive support multiple times in a rolling 12-month period but not receive more than a total of $2,500 (3,374 $ for Canadian applications) in a rolling 12-month period.  Multiple applications can be submitted for the same disaster or hardship. Applications must be submitted within 1 year (365 days) of hardship event. All PTO must be used before a loss of income will be considered.

 

Per the guidelines, all of your documents must include your name and/or address. Please do not provide any documentation with personal information such as your social security number, driver's license information, bank/credit card account numbers or user ID/passwords. Please redact or remove this information before sending the document.

 

Who is not eligible for assistance?

 

Contract, temporary/seasonal associates, interns, retirees, or those on long-term disability are not eligible to apply or to receive assistance.

Associates For Associates Emergency Fund will provide grants of up to $2,500 (3,374 $ for Canadian applications) for food, shelter, and other basic needs to associates experiencing financial hardship due to an unexpected personal crisis.

All interested associates can make a tax-deductible financial donation to the Associates For Associates Fund.

 

US Associates:

      2. Mail a check to The Columbus Foundation:

        Make the check out to “The Columbus Foundation” and in the memo reference “A4A"
