TPA EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

 

When the unexpected happens, we’re here to help. Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Professional Association (“TPA”) is partnering with The Columbus Foundation and the Gifts of Kindness LLC to create the TPA Emergency Assistance Program. The program provides grants for food, shelter and other basic needs to members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Professional Association experiencing financial hardship due to an unexpected personal crisis.

 

Donate

Members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Professional Association can support their fellow members when the unexpected happens by donating to the Fund.

 

See below for a list of ways you can donate and start contributing to the TPA Emergency Assistance Fund today:

 

  1. Make an online gift directly to the fund. (link will go here)
  2. Mail a check to The Columbus Foundation:
    • Make the check out to “The Columbus Foundation” and in the memo reference “TPA Emergency Assistance Fund."

This fund will provide grants of up to $500 for food, shelter, and other basic needs to associates experiencing financial hardship due to an unexpected personal crisis.

Who is eligible for assistance?

 

The Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Professional Association (“TPA”) members are eligible to apply if they are an active member of TPA.  Requested expenses must be the result of an event that has occurred after the date that the individual became a member of TPA. TPA members are eligible to apply and receive support 1 time a year and receive no more than $500 in his or her lifetime.
