BUCKEYE POWER SALES EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Buckeye Power Sales is partnering with The Columbus Foundation and the Gifts of Kindness LLC to create The Buckeye Power Sales Emergency Assistance Program. The program provides grants for food, shelter, and other basic needs to Buckeye Power Sales' associates experiencing financial hardship due to an unexpected personal crisis.
Who is eligible for assistance?
Buckeye Power Sales associates are eligible to apply if they are an active full or part-time team member with Buckeye Power Sales (including on leave, short-term disability and paid time off). Requested expenses must be the result of an event that has occurred after the team member’s hire date and after the program start date of July 18, 2022. Contract, temporary/seasonal associates, interns, retirees or those on long-term disability are not eligible to apply or to receive assistance.
Buckeye Power Sales associates are eligible to apply after six months of service and receive no more than $1,500 in a rolling 12-month period with a lifetime max of $4,500. Multiple applications can be for the same disaster or hardship in a rolling 12-month period.
Per the guidelines, all of your documents must include your name and/or address. Please do not provide any documentation with personal information such as your social security number, driver's license information, bank/credit card account numbers or user ID/passwords. Please redact or remove this information before sending the document.

This fund will provide grants of up to $1,500 for food, shelter, and other basic needs to associates experiencing financial hardship due to an unexpected personal crisis.
To begin the application process:

You will complete your registration and employment eligibility form first. Once employment has been verified, you will receive an email to complete your application & provide documentation. This process can take up to 2 business days. - All emails from our application portal will come from "The Columbus Foundation and Affiliated Organizations" (administrator@grantinterface.com).
