How it works

A clear trend emerged from one of the longest-running studies on human happiness: More than wealth, IQ, or social class, strong relationships lead to a fulfilled, happy life. One way to develop and nurture relationships is through acts of kindness, like thoughtful communication. Letter writing has specifically been linked to many physical and mental health benefits, such as increased brain function, improved memory and mood, reduced stress, and greater focus.

Knowing that our well-being and happiness are tied to strong social connections, we’re excited to partner with you to make our community a kinder place, one letter at a time!
