The Columbus Foundation announced its grantmaking totals for 2021 during the organization’s annual Celebration of Philanthropy events today. In a year of firsts and records, The Columbus Foundation and its donors gave more than ever to assist nonprofits in the central Ohio region and beyond in 2021, providing much-needed support to thousands of nonprofit organizations as many grappled with the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The organizations selected for 2019 are: A Kid Again, Columbus Early Learning Centers, Human Service Chamber, ProMusica, and TECH CORPS.
The Columbus Youth Foundation (CYF) recognized 94 Columbus City Schools (CCS) students through the Best All-Around Student Awards, held at Huntington Park, before the game between the Columbus Clippers and the Charlotte Knights on May 8. The event celebrated students’ outstanding citizenship and achievements during the 2018-2019 school year. Performing before the on-field ceremony and playing the national anthem was the Marion-Franklin High School Marching Band.
