The Westerville Fund was created as a permanent commemoration of the American Bicentennial. Since 1977, the Westerville Fund has served as a well-managed resource for community philanthropy. Income earned by the fund supports a variety of grants to nonprofit, charitable groups in our community. The Westerville Fund has provided seed money to establish drug education programs for young people, funding to support the Westerville Community Band for a summer concert series, to Westerville Parks for improvements to many of our Parks, and many enhancements for Westerville Area Resource Ministry to help the most vulnerable in our community.
Please email any questions, grant applications or requests for our grant guidelines to westervillefund@columbusfoundation.org.
We look to grow this fund to allow for flexible and lasting support to address needs within the boundaries of the City of Westerville, Ohio and the Westerville City School District.
