Girls on the Run offers girls the opportunity to participate in evidence-based programs that inspire girls of all abilities to recognize and embrace their inner strength and make meaningful connections with others. Girls not feeling comfortable in their bodies—and not feeling comfortable MOVING their bodies—is a barrier that can be reduced so teammates can participate comfortably and safely, finding confidence through accomplishment.
