The Columbus Foundation Announces 2014 Governing Committee

Nancy Kramer elected to the Committee; Michael J. Fiorile begins third year as chairman

Columbus, OH (January 9, 2014)—The Columbus Foundation has announced officers and members of its Governing Committee for 2014.

Elected to the Committee to serve a seven-year term is Nancy Kramer, founder and chairman of Resource, a nationally recognized digital marketing agency based in Columbus, with offices in Cincinnati, San Francisco, and Chicago. She founded Resource in 1981, signing Apple Inc. as her first client. Ms. Kramer has been honored as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Advertising by Advertising Age. In 2008, The Wall Street Journal named Resource one of the Top Small Workplaces in the United States. Ms. Kramer serves as a member of The Wexner Center Foundation Board of Trustees, Glimcher Realty Trust Board of Trustees, The Columbus Partnership, Advancement Committee of the Board of Trustees of The Ohio State University, and as chairperson of The Wellington School Board of Trustees.

Michael J. Fiorile, president and CEO of The Dispatch Printing Company, is serving his third year as chairman of the Governing Committee. Mr. Fiorile has been a Committee member since 2008. C. Robert Kidder has been elected to a second term as vice chairman. He served as chairman of the board of Chrysler Group LLC from June 2009 until September 2011, and was elected to the Governing Committee in 2012.

Additional Governing Committee members include David P. Blom, Joseph A. Chlapaty, Lisa A. Hinson, Barbara J. Siemer, Dwight E. Smith, and Matthew D. Walter.

Governing Committee member Jerry Jurgensen completed his seven-year term at the end of 2013.
