Dorothy Coen Athlete Scholarship
This fund is designated for Lancaster City Schools (Ohio) to make awards to an outstanding female freshman athlete scholar to participate in summer educational activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be a female freshman student in Lancaster City Schools, Lancaster, Ohio.
- Candidates must demonstrate leadership ability
- Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 as of the first six-week grading period
- Candidates must have a responsible and mature attitude toward the school.
- Candidates must participate on at least two athletic teams during their freshman year.
- Candidates must possess dependable athletic performance.
- Candidates must possess the ability to get along with teammates and coaches
- Candidates must attend or plan to attend an educational institution in the U.S.
