FlightSafety International is a leader in aviation training and flight operation safety. Our company’s mission is to “Prepare aviation professionals around the world to save lives through exceptional training experiences.” The Oklahoma Aviation Scholarship is designed to optimize the learning journey for the next generation of aviation professionals. With a heightened focus on students interested in STEM, the scholarship is designed to honor those who have a passion for aviation, technology, and science, coupled with exemplary character and academic merit. The scholarship is intended to inspire the candidate to in the future be potential contributors toward FlightSafety International’s mission.
- Candidates must be a senior graduating from an Oklahoma high school
- Candidates must be currently taking aviation courses or have completed up to four years of aviation courses
- Candidates must have a minimum 3.25 grade point average (GPA)
- Candidates must be enrolled, or enrolling, in a post-high school, aviation-related program/major or training within the U.S. full-time
- Candidates must have the ability to work and reside in the U.S.
- Candidates must have no criminal record
