PrimaryOne Health Community Scholarship
The Healthcare Justice Scholarship benefits racial, ethnic, and cultural underrepresented populations pursuing careers in healthcare. The scholarship fund will increase opportunities; educate, train, and employ more individuals of a diverse background; and allow for more diverse perspectives in the healthcare field. The goal is to grow a diverse healthcare pipeline to improve health outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be residents of Ohio.
- Candidates must major in a healthcare-related field.
- Candidates must have demonstrated a commitment to reducing health disparities.
- Candidates may pursue a two-, four-, or eight-year program.
- Candidates must attend an accredited bachelor’s, master’s, or certification program either full- or part-time in Ohio.
Deadline:
March 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST
Award Amount:
Up to $40,000 in total.
The maximum of $2,000 per year for the duration of the program not to exceed the cost of the program with a cap at $8,000. $10,000 is reserved for Medical Assistant or LPN
