Russell A. and Sophia Jean Hall Scholarship Fund

The Russell A. and Sophia “Jean” Hall scholarship was established in 2003. Feeling fortunate and grateful for their own education, Jean and Russell created this scholarship as a way to pay forward and support vulnerable students seeking an education.
