James "Herk" Soteriades Scholarship Fund of the Whitehall Education Foundation
The scholarship is in memory of James A. "Herk" Soteriades. Mr. Soteriades served the Whitehall Fire Department and the City of Whitehall for 50 years.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be pursuing a degree in safety services (police or fire) or theatre (drama, vocal, or instrumental).
- Candidates must attend an accredited educational institution in the U.S.
- Candidates must be graduating seniors from Whitehall-Yearling High School.
