Matthew Curtis Roach Memorial Scholarship
Matthew Curtis Roach was a student at West Liberty-Salem High School who unexpectedly passed away his senior year in 2022. As a way of remembering Matt, his family wanted to carry his legacy of always willing to be a blessing to someone who needs assistance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be graduating high school seniors or graduates of West Liberty-Salem High School.
- Candidates must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average (GPA).
- Candidates must attend or plan to attend a college, university, career or technical school in the U.S., full-time.
