The scholarship was created by the family of Matthew G. Miner, a graduate of Thomas Worthington High School in Worthington, OH.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must attend college or university in the fall term immediately following graduation.
- Candidates must attend or plan to attend an educational institution in the U.S.
- Candidates must be graduating high school seniors of Thomas Worthington High School in Worthington, OH.
- Candidates must be in the top 20% of their graduating class.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are the first in their family to attend college.
