Sally Miller Ling Memorial Scholarship Fund
This scholarship fund honors the memory and values of Sally Miller Ling, who passed away December 25, 1997 due to breast cancer. Sally taught school in Wisconsin, Michigan, Brazil, and Connecticut, and wherever she taught, she earned the love and respect of her colleagues and her students. This scholarship provides awards to deserving students who are graduates of Cambridge High School in Cambridge, Ohio.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Candidates must be enrolled full-time at their educational institution and must remain in good academic standing for the duration of their scholarship award.
  • Candidates must be graduating seniors, or graduates, of Cambridge High School in Cambridge, Ohio.
  • Candidates must have attained a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a scale with A=4.0) or rank in the top 25% of their graduating class.
  • Candidates must major in education and plan to pursue an education degree at an accredited junior college, four-year college, or university.
  • Candidates must attend or plan to attend an educational institution in the U.S.
