ProMusica’s Play Us Forward program gives children a point of entry to the arts, and aspires to help close the gap between those who regularly receive quality arts education and those who do not.
ProMusica’s community outreach programs impact approximately 16,800 lives each season. Musicians travel to local schools, senior citizens attend live rehearsals, and underserved youth are given life-changing opportunities with the power of music.
Your gift to this Better Together campaign secured additional instruments such as violas, cellos, and double basses to help grow the PUF program, and increase engagement and interest amongst the students. Through PUF, students build invaluable life skills such as teamwork and leadership, and the program inspires self-confidence, creative expression and overall academic achievement for each student involved.
