Directions for Youth & Families (DFYF) serves more than 6,000 at-risk youth and their families each year, and that number continues to rise.

Your gift to this Better Together project provided youth in DFYF counseling programs with Resiliency Kits, containing art and creative supplies and sensory items that children can use to center, focus, and calm themselves when they experience anger, sadness, fear, and other toxic emotions. The kits will help young people develop resiliency and overcome the damaging effects of trauma.
