St. Stephen's Community House
Your support of this campaign helped distribute food to thousands in the Linden neighborhood throughout the holidays and into the new year.
St. Stephen’s Community House has been serving the Linden neighborhood on Columbus’ northeast side for more than 50 years. Its vision is to help Linden be a community of togetherness with endless opportunities by providing programs and services to help residents, from infants to seniors, and everyone in between.
St. Stephen’s Community House and the Central Ohio Labor Council AFL-CIO collaborate on the annual Christmas Cares/Union Shares Program—a program that began in 1954 as the Christmas Basket Program and provides food for families for the holiday season. The success of this Better Together campaign allowed St. Stephen's to purchase items such as dairy products, canned goods, boxed goods, poultry, and baked goods for the families they serve in Linden.
