Kindness Corps
Seeds of Caring
Support Seeds of Caring to help kids develop the skills and the confidence to make a difference in our community.
Seeds of Caring empowers children to create a kinder community with their hearts, hands, and minds. It promotes service, social action, and community building through volunteer activities in Columbus.
Its student group, The Kindness Corps, enables families, schools, summer camps, and other groups to nurture a commitment to kindness and find ways to take action. Your support allows The Kindness Corps to partner with summer camps to complete service projects from June 2021 to August 2021. Service projects include: crafting cheer banners and kits for Nationwide Children’s Hospital, making snack bags for Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resources Center, and putting together welcome kits for Community Refugee and Immigration Services (CRIS). Thank you for helping kids develop the skills and the confidence to make a difference in our community.
We are Better Together!
“Imagine a whole generation of children growing up to believe that through courageous kindness, they have the power to make a difference for good in their communities every day...that is what The Kindness Corps program makes possible!”
—Brandy Jemczura, Executive Director
“Our Kindness Corps program empowers kids from all walks of life with the knowledge that they can, right now, be contributing members of our community. Kids have all the tools they need to make the world a kinder, more connected place to live and grow, and our program helps them put these tools into action!”
—Liz Martin, Kindness Corps Coordinator
“Teaching a child that they can make a difference is incredibly impactful. I am grateful to Seeds of Caring for giving my family and me the opportunity to make this amazing program possible.”
