Director of Human Resources

The Columbus Foundation seeks a self-starting, compassionate, and result-oriented leader with a track record of success to be the strategic thought partner regarding all people matters with the Chief Executive Officer and leaders across the Foundation as the Director of Human Resources. The HR Director will collaborate to develop and drive organizational strategies reflecting workplace of the future and enabling the Columbus Foundation’s diversity, equity, and access initiatives.
